Bishkek. Karakol's Ashlyamfu (Ashlyam-fu) + recipe.

Having a wonderful trip to Europe, we landed in Manas airport - the main airport of Kyrgyzstan. We were met by my friend and had overnight in his flat in Bishkek. To eat something, we visited some small shop nearby and found our favourite dish in Kyrgyzstan - so called 'ashlyamfu'. This is originally Dungan dish. Dungans - it's a nationality of China, Huízú or Hui. We bought a few portions of 'ashlyamfu' (each was 12 soms) and found it very tasteful, same taste as we usually had in Karakol, where you can find 'ashlyamfu' everywhere. If you'd like to have a recipe of this tasteful dish - just write us - my wife learnt to cook it very good.
